may we hope for a more detailed post to follow?
Excelsior!
What a performance. What a night. Excelsior indeed. Excelsior!
We need the details here. Who sang what, who sucked second most? Come on, inquiring minds need to know.
It was brutal. Brutal.
You don't honestly think we're going to let this go without extensive reportage, do you. Hotrod is writing the main KttD story this year. I've got some featurettes planned after. Patience.
Time is of the essence. This is breaking news. I can't believe we've had to wait this long. What kind of shoddy operation is this?
You just cannot rush genius. This, by the way, is why one has to actually ATTEND KttD to get the full experience.
I thought you said Hotrod was doing the write up . . .
When Monday Night Football games end after the Tuesday publishing deadline they get written up in Wednesday's paper. KttD should be no different. That said, I am back from the post-event brunch and have committed this gorgeous seventy-degree afternoon to staying indoors composing the story of KttD VIII. I'm a giver.
As a corollary to Hotrod's piece I was planning on doing my own write-up this evening to serve as the "outsiders' perspective" on what a have to agree was a cracking good time.
I'm still in hysterics over your choice of "I Believe In A Thing Called Love." Absolutely beautiful.
The issue is, really , that "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" actually sounded better than the original...
I wanna know what was going on with all that note-taking, Cap'n.
Oh nothing. I've been lazy with my blog for the last 3 or 4 months. Even Dabysan is blogging at a more frequent rate than me. So I wanted to use KttD for a live-blog post, even though technically, it's not.
Thank you, if I can't shock or horrify the crowd like some of the top competitors than I will settle for amusement. When are we going to see the "live" blog recap?
It's in the works as we speak.
It's up now.
